About Course

Overview

The Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to recognize, understand, and provide initial support to individuals experiencing mental health issues. This accredited training focuses on building confidence in addressing mental health challenges, reducing stigma, and fostering a supportive environment in workplaces, schools, and communities.


Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify mental health issues: Recognize the signs and symptoms of various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

Course Duration
